Lindevalls has the capability to cut, mill, or punch various materials such as rubber, cellular rubber, silicone, foamed silicone, conductive silicone, graphite, ABS plastic, klingersil, cork, polyethylene foam, polyether foam, leather, and synthetic leather. The method depends on the material and quantity; Lindevalls can produce series ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands of units per year.
Lindevalls has one of Sweden's largest cutting machines with a surface area of 6.9×3.2 meters, accompanied by a vacuum table. Cutting and milling are carried out using this modern, computer-controlled cutting machine, ensuring fast production with very high precision in details. The cutting pattern is programmed in accordance with the drawing documentation, or the received file with cutting data can be directly input into the cutting machine.
Lindevalls punches gaskets, seals, insulation, graphite gaskets, splash guards, floor mats, non-slip mats, leather straps, and similar items.
